Cancellations and Refunds
Full refund will be given on order cancellations if the garments have not gone into production by the time of contact. All other orders are subject to the 30% non-refundable fee.
Express production fees are non-refundable unless we are unable to dispatch your items in the designated time frame. House of Harlot is not responsible for items stuck in transit.
Shipping costs on dispatched orders are non-refundable.
Custom orders are not subject to refunds unless we are contacted before your order is put into production.
Clearance items are final sale and non-refundable.
Refunds will not be issued for returns lost in transit.
Returning Items
Please contact us within seven days of the delivery date if you wish to return your garments. Please ensure the items are still in new condition with no signs of use/wear and in their original packaging.
Upon confirmation from us, please ship your items within 30 days, with a traceable and signed service, and commercial value of £0 to the following address:

Any customs fees that will arise from the return will affect the refundable balance, so please make sure you file the commercial value as £0 if you are shipping from outside the UK.
We will not be able to give refunds on items that are lost in transit or delivered to the wrong address, so please double-check that the shipping information is correct.
We will have to quality check the returned items before we issue a refund. If an item is assessed as used, it will be shipped back to you and a refund will not be applicable.
Shipping costs and express production fees are not refundable.
