Custom House of Harlot for Clients
Founded in 1991 by Robin Archer, House of Harlot grew from Robin’s unique ability to move fluidly between the worlds of fashion and fetish.
The brand’s close ties with Torture Garden helped it achieve major success in the fetish scene, where its designs became instantly recognisable for their high-quality craftsmanship and attention to detail. His friendships and collaborations across both industries shaped a distinctive style that helped define modern latex couture.
The label became a leading name within the global fetish scene, known for its exceptional craftsmanship in latex design. It also collaborated with high-fashion houses like Marc Jacobs and Christian Dior on special commissions for catwalk shows in Paris, London, and New York.
In 2016, Robin’s protégé Iris Thespider became his successor. The brand took on a new essence, introducing fresh techniques and influences such as gothic-inspired silhouettes, structured shoulders, and the debut of our exclusive Transparent Blood Latex. Under Iris’s direction, House of Harlot continued to evolve the brand’s image, blending her own artistry with the extravagant, colourful spirit that has always defined House of Harlot.
Recent milestones include the launch of the Black Widow collection alongside fetish Supermodel Dani Divine and ongoing partnerships with Parisian couture houses such as Maison Margiela and Jean Paul Gaultier.
